"Worst decision you can make is choosing this agency. You absolutely cannot trust this agency. I'm miserable right now because of patrick gray. In the last 8 months my price went from paying $143 a month for car insurance and rental insurance and then one month jumped to $178 a month. THEN I WOKE UP THIS MORNING AND WAS CHARGED $227. I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF ANY PRICE INCREASES ON ANY EMAILS. IM A POOR GUY WORKING 2 JOBS WITH A 2014 POS WITH 155,000 MILES ON IT. I'm beyond furious on how they suck you in and spit you out. and they don't help you they just give you the run around... in the process of finding another company to do business with since patrick gray can't do anything for me. So now a few momths later I wake up with out being notified that insurance went up to 267 per month. I have no tickets and a payed off car this is insane. I'm 35 yrs old. All the other 5 stars got to be fake ppl can't be this happy with rates shooting up in leaving ASAP. Patrick Gray is the worst experience I ever had your a fool to buy into this company."

"Recently, I was randomly stopped by an officer who explained that as he drove behind my vehicle, he ran my license plate and saw I had a seize vehicle request. As I sat listening and bewildered, I provided my license, registration and insurance. He then suggested I called my insurance company State Farm, Patrick Gray's office. They also pulled up the same State request to seize my vehicle. Patrick Gray and his staff quickly figured out how this happened from a previous situation that occurred while with a different State Farm office. The error was left uncorrected. Patrick Gray's office quickly went to work, contacting the State to get the information corrected and updated, while Patrick himself explained the situation to the officer in detail. My license was eventually returned and the ticket revoked. This was an example of a bad day turned into a good day because someone knew what to do. I would not know where to begin had I been left to handle this alone. Patrick Gray and his team knew exactly what to do instantly. They jumped into action and helped me get safely off the side of a busy road and on my way. I was in good hands with a knowledgeable team who helped save me from what could have been a costly and unpleasant experience with the law. Great work Patrick Gray and his State Farm team. I can't thank you enough. Thank you Ms Hannah Flynn for your quick response to my request for documents to be sent to me re: my renters insurance with State Farm....and you were not even aware that I had a deadline to submit these documents. I guess I had nothing to worry about after making my request to you. Great prompt service. Its good to have the State Farm team on my side yet again"
